Process Overview
- Phase 1: Idea Refinement & Business Model (Months 1-2): Validate the idea and develop a business plan.
- Phase 2: MVP Development & Mentoring (Months 3-4): Create a product prototype and receive mentoring from industry experts.
- Phase 3: Market Testing & Pitching Prep (Months 5-6): Test the actual market, prepare a pitch deck, and connect with investors.
